Instructions

1. Update your GLB in Blender with custom properties (use Phase 1a addon)
2. Name meshes following pattern: puppet-body-casual, puppet-eyes-happy
3. Export and replace /public/models/natsumi-vn.glb
4. Refresh this page - categories should appear in the control panel
5. Click variant buttons to toggle layers

Expected Custom Properties on GLB Root:

vn_category_body: "casual,formal,magical-girl"
vn_category_eyes: "open,closed,happy"
vn_category_mouth: "neutral,smile,frown"
